We at Labels4kids, many of us being women and most of us mums, want to shine the spotlight on International Women’s Day (Friday the 8th of March) and Mother’s Day (Sunday the 10th of March). We want to do something extra special for all those brave and hard working women who have one of the hardest jobs we know of: being a mum. So ladies, and all their admirers, listen up!
Starting today until the 7th of March, we are posting a delicious chocolate brownie, courtesy of Sprinkle Happiness, with every order of £30 or more. Who doesn’t love chocolate? So here’s your chance to buy some nifty labels and name tags for your children and get a little something something yourself, or to give a great and useful gift to a mum you know (we won’t blame you for keeping the brownie for yourself)!
This lovely offer runs until we are out of brownies, so be quick!
Before you surf off to our web store though, be sure to check out our staff’s ideas on how to have the perfect Mother’s Day. It’s all about giving and receiving appreciation for the hard work us women do!
1. Breakfast in bed – Can’t beat it! Instead of getting up and making it for everyone else, we stay bundled up and let others do the work!
2. Homemade cards – Something to put on the fridge and to keep the kids quiet the day before Mother’s Day! Grab some card, stickers, and pens, anything crafty and tell them to make you a card. Maybe they can decorate them with some of these vinyl labels?
3. Do some gardening – Fancy brightening up your garden? Take the little ones to pick out their chosen flowers ‘for mummy’ and get them to help you plant them. Each time they bloom, they can see the flowers they bought for mum.
4. Baking – We would say baking is a fun thing to do on Mother’s Day or the day before, but you will already have your scrumptious chocolate brownie so you won’t have to worry about that.
The Labels4kids team wishes you an inspirational Women’s Day and a cozy Mother’s Day. Especially for the latter we suggest you cherish it, because we ourselves know all too well that every other day of the year will be about your kids again!
